Bowl created by Josh Simpson as part of a demonstration at Glen Echo Park, Glen Echo, MD.
The bowl is about 12 inches in diameter. As Josh was making the bowl, he said that it had
actually been some time since he had done one and that he didn't expect it to survive the
annealing (cooling-down) process. He went on to say that if the bowl did manage to
survive, he would sell it and donate the proceeds... and he named what I consider to be a
ridiculously low price. Before anybody could get a word in edgewise, I shouted "SOLD!"
As you can see, it came through OK and was well worth the price.
